Parks & Places

This website is a place-based field guide intended to inspire people to explore natural communities in the parks and other places where they are found.

Rock Creek Park, a National Park in Washington, D.C., is the first, and currently the only park included in the website. Work is under way to expand the field guide to other parks and places.
